We run an honest shop and need honest, hard-working Facility Maintenance person. To be a success at our dealership, you need to have solid skills and solid ethics. We also know that to keep a good facility maintenance person, a dealership has to treat them right by paying them well and offering room for learning and advancement. Job Responsibilities

• Examine and diagnose facility problems that arise on a day to day basis
• Discuss repairs and solutions with department managers
• Plan work in cooperation with all staff
• Obtain estimates for any work that is outsourced
• Monitor repair time and schedules and update managers
• Perform rooftop A/C maintenance
• Standard electrical maintenance (bulbs, fixtures...)
• Perform minor plumbing repairs
• Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma)

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Operator Driver's License

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.
